Our Story
JRC Glass Solutions was started by Jackson Campbell in Brisbane with a pretty simple idea. Build a glazing company that does quality work, shows up when it says it will, and actually cares about the customer.
After years working in the industry, Jackson kept seeing the same problems. Trades that were hard to get hold of. Jobs rushed through to get to the next one. Customers left wondering what was happening with their project. He got tired of it and decided to go out on his own.
It started small. One person, a ute, and a reputation built entirely on word of mouth. Over time the work grew, the team grew, and the jobs got bigger. Today JRC is a team of eleven working across Brisbane and South East Queensland on everything from bathroom renovations through to full custom home builds and commercial projects.
The business looks a lot different to those early days. The way we operate has not changed.
What Makes Us Different
There is no shortage of glaziers in Brisbane. What is harder to find is one that communicates properly, shows up on time, and stands behind their work when the job is done.
That is what JRC has built its reputation on.
We keep you in the loop from the moment you get in touch. We give you honest advice on products and options rather than just telling you what you want to hear. We use quality materials from trusted suppliers including Viridian Glass, Darley Aluminium, Starline Security, and Pivotech. And if something is not right after the job is finished, we come back and fix it.
Jackson treats every job like it is his own home. That standard runs through the whole team. It does not matter whether it is a single shower screen or a full window package across a new build. Every job gets the same level of care and attention.
We are also fully licensed, insured, and QBCC registered, so you can have complete confidence in the work being done on your home.

Our Team
JRC has grown from one person to a team of eleven over the years. Jackson is still hands on in the business every day, which means the standard he set from day one is still very much alive across everything we do.
Our team covers everything from manufacturing in the warehouse through to installation across residential and commercial jobs all over Brisbane and South East Queensland. They are trained properly, they take pride in what they do, and they are good people to have working on your home.
We have also worked hard to build a workplace that good tradies actually want to stick around in. That means proper training, clear career pathways, and a team culture built on respect and accountability. The people who have been with JRC for a long time are a big part of why our customers keep coming back.

Our Company Culture
The way we show up on site says a lot about who we are.
Our team turns up on time, in uniform, and ready to work. We treat your home with respect, keep the work area tidy, and make sure everything is cleaned up properly before we leave. It sounds basic but you would be surprised how rarely it actually happens in the trades.
We are a pretty easy going bunch. Friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions you have while we are on site. If you want to know what we are doing and why, just ask. We would rather take five minutes to explain something properly than leave you second guessing the work.
When problems come up, and on any job they sometimes do, we deal with them honestly. We will tell you what the issue is, what the options are, and what we recommend. No dramas, no excuses.
That is just how we operate. It is how Jackson built this business from day one and it is what every person who joins the JRC team is expected to carry forward.
The Vision
JRC is not standing still.
We are growing our team, taking on bigger projects, and continuing to build a reputation across Brisbane and South East Queensland that we are genuinely proud of. The goal has always been to be the glazing company that people recommend to their friends and family without hesitation.
